Katerina Klezlova | Director, Strategic Partnerships & Origination
Katerina is a serial entrepreneur, board member and venture builder specializing in MedTech, Life Sciences and Women’s Health. Based in Zurich, she advises healthcare startups and scaleups on fundraising, commercialization and access to capital. Drawing on her entrepreneurial experience and evaluation of hundreds of investment opportunities, she brings a practical investor perspective on building commercially viable and investable healthcare companies.
Ewa Bednarek, PhD | Scientific & Clinical Advisor
Ewa is a life sciences leader with extensive experience in clinical research, medical affairs, and scientific strategy across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. At FemTech Capital, she focuses on evaluating the scientific credibility, clinical evidence, and potential of emerging innovations, while supporting founders in translating complex science into compelling messages for investors, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
